Led end-to-end product strategy and execution for a mobile marketplace connecting trainers with trainees. Grew the platform to 5,000 active users across Israel, driving user acquisition and engagement. Managed cross-functional collaboration across R&D, marketing, sales, operations, and external partners.
Conducted market research and competitive analysis to shape product direction and positioning. Created PRDs, UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance usability and conversion.
